Job ResponsibilityJob DescriptionProduct Strategy and Vision:Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy and vision, aligning IT with the company's overall objectives.Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to identify new product opportunities and improvements.Develop a deep understanding of user needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform product roadmap decisions.Product Development And ManagementWork closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into clear and actionable development plans.Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.Monitor the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to drive iterative product improvements.Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages idea-sharing and cross-functional cooperation.Product Performance and Optimization:Define key product performance metrics and regularly evaluate product performance against established goals.Analyze user data, conduct A/B testing, and gather insights to make data-driven decisions for optimizing product features and user experience.Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for product enhancement and innovation.Job RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
