**1.** **Undertake product lifecycle management to develop new and/or to review existing trade products and services to remain relevant to meet customers' needs and in compliance with regulation / guidelines.****2.** **Collaborate with Trade Sales and internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer experience and service delivery.****3.** **Undertake market research and stay abreast of industry trends and regulations that affects the product, take appropriate measure to respond to or in anticipation of these changes.****4.** **Undertake system enhancements and/or other strategic initiatives to grow trade business and product profitability.****5.** **Conduct data analytics to derive insights that contribute to strategic decision making; track business momentum and existing product profitability; manage customer relationship and that captures new business opportunities.****6.** **Provide product advisory and relevant training to Trade Sales Team, Relationship Managers & other departments.****Qualifications****Job Requirements**:- **Self-motivated and is able to work independently**- **Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively**- **Experience in product and/or project management are added advantage**- **Detail-oriented with a keen sense of control over processes and data**- **Open to learning new skills and to stay updated with industry best practices**- **Knowledge of Trade Finance products/operations is an added advantage**- ** **Degree Holder in either Business, Commerce, Accounting or relevant disciplines**- ** **Good oral and written communication skills****Primary Location**: Malaysia**Job**: Corporate Banking**Organization**: MAL TranBkg - Global Trade Finance**Schedule**: Permanent**Job Posting**: 20-Nov-2023, 8:58:33 PM
