**Purpose of Role**The Product Manager will be owner of the brand and the brand lead, responsible for the overall brand strategy and implementation of the mediko marketing plan across Malaysia and Singapore. The brand lead will work closely with all key members of the brand team in developing and executing short- and long-term goals.**Priorities**- Develop and lead long and short-term strategy and tactical plan to support brand objectives- Responsible for the overall branding of the product and deploying the campaign plans for the targeted channels- Lead the annual brand planning exercise with a clear vision on the long-term strategy and short-term tactical plans- Working closely with all internal stakeholder to ensure set KPI's are systematically captured and followed up regularly at brand meetings- Provide insights of the market and competitive landscape to ensure strategy remain relevant and the ability to respond swiftly- Accelerate digital initiatives working close with CEM and Digital leads to ensure digital KPI'S are met.**Strategy Implementation**- Co ordinating marketing campaign and initiatives across Malaysia and Singapore working closely with key stakeholders- Lead brand team meeting to develop strategy and regular follow up on key milestones tracking with all relevant function- Lead annual brand planning exercise working closely with internal key stakeholders and also with global and regional leads to make sure brand plans are constantly update on a regular basis- Supporting Public strategy shaping and providing marketing support for Public Market implementation.- Key contact point with the relevant agencies for brand creatives and activation- Developing key message and materials for SP sales force by supporting for training and roleplaying- Developing key messages for external sales force promotion by running periodic trainings- Understand market environment and competitor insights to support and drive strategy and tactics- Support MCE implementation working closely with CEM and digital team for the targeted channels- Respect anp spend by following up closely on planned activities and working closely with other brand teams to ensure optimal activities are achieved.- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion and programs, using set guidelines, and make recommendations for improvements- Develop credible partnership with local KOL's, societies and relevant stakeholdersAt Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
