Product Manager (Puchong, Selangor)

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for channel development and identifying new market opportunities for the assigned products.- To develop & executive product marketing plans and sales strategies.- Work closely with principals; understanding the market for the assigned products and ensure to sell the right products and the right time and right pricing.- Work closely with engineering team to translate product requirements into clear and actionable development plans.- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility. Monitor the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-qualify releases. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to drive iterative product improvements.- Collaborate with design, engineering, and sales team to ensure smooth coordination and alignment throughout the product lifecyle. Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates.- Continuosly monitor market trends, customer feedback to identify areas for product enhancement and innovation.- To develop marketing stratefy to generate additional sales.- To develop new pricing strategy or action plan to hit competitor in market based on market insight.- Identify business potential and opportunities and develop new customer base.- Evaluate customer needs and market information.- Assisting customers in the understanding of the products.- Other jobs or projects assign by the Management/Company from time to time.**Requirements**:- Good & Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Pleasant personality, independent, self-driven, goal-oriented, meticulous and positive attitude.- At least 2 years working experience in Sales/Trading/Marketing/Business Development in similar field.- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines- Good team player, honest, self-motivated, problem solving abilities and possess high sense of responsibilities.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Ability to work extra time whenever is required.- Good organizational skills.- Required language (oral and written) - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.- Must have own transport and willing to travel.
