Product Manager (Web)

**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Ideate, prioritise and implement key initiatives identified from the product roadmap.- Manage projects from analysis to delivery, including presentation, release / launch planning and coordination with internal teams.- Define user stories and prioritisation of the backlog.- Provide support for internal teams (Customer Experience, Marketing, Creative) to drive solutions for the business.- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to understand customer needs via market research and analysing customer feedback.- Facilitate cross functional knowledge sharing between teams to improve product understanding and business goals.- Perform research to understand the competitive landscape.**Requirements**:- 4-5 years of software product management experience.- Experience in Scrum will be an added advantage.- Practiced agile software development methodologies.- Knowledgeable in technology.- Able to articulate real customer problems to find the best solution suitable to customer's needs.- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and work with people from all levels.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Software Product: 4 years (preferred)- Scrum: 4 years (preferred)
