As a Product Manager at Powerlife (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies for our portfolio of healthcare products. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a diverse brands and contributing to our company's success through your dedication, creativity, and expertise.**Key Responsibilities**:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and market share for our healthcare products within the retail pharmacy and e-commerce channels.- Portfolio Management: Manage in charge brands, adapting strategies as necessary to respond to changing market dynamics and opportunities.- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development and marketing initiatives.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure product availability, effective distribution, and optimal pricing strategies.- Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales growth targets of 15%.- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by continually seeking new opportunities for product enhancements, partnerships, and market expansion.- Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on product performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales and marketing.- Background in pharmacy, nutrition, or dietetics is a strong advantage.- Proven track record of successful product management and achieving sales growth targets.- Independent, accountable, and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision.- Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze complex data.- Highly responsive to market dynamics and customer needs.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong project management and organizational abilities.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.- Willingness to report to the office in Seremban, Monday through Friday.**Benefits**- Staff Price and Family Card- Career and Development- Medical- Increment and Bonus- Flexible Working Hours????:????: RM4,500.00?RM10,000.00(?? )
