**Responsibilities**:- Overview: The Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and monitors marketing programs across a variety of channels. Work includes market research and trend analysis to define the organization's marketing strategy and provide advice regarding reaching the target market. Responsibilities:- Coordinate with Global Product Marketing Manager to assure adherence to corporate communications and marketing standards.- Partner with the Global Product Marketing Manager in the creation and execution of the product line marketing plans- Create and maintain a content marketing pipeline, coordinating the creation and distribution of client-facing messages about all facets of the product lines represented.- Campaign creation and management, including design, scheduling, and measurement of a wide range of campaign types focused on specific products, industry segments, and industry hot topics.- Writing, editing, and proofreading marketing, product, training, and other related materials, such as ad copy, newsletter/blog articles, social media posts, internal communications, campaign pieces, surveys, and more.- Organize, maintain, and re-purpose marketing assets like those outlined above.- Develop thought leadership pieces (whitepapers, webinars) to grow market credibility and support pipeline generation.- Partner with marketing and sales to define and execute pipeline generation programs.- Coordination of industry event sponsorship, exhibiting, attendance, and public relations efforts alongside Global Product Marketing Manager- Perform competitive analysis and develop positioning and value propositions against alternative offerings.Assist in producing and maintaining brochures, PowerPoint presentations, videos, panels, other marketing communications materials, and sales tools related to the Diversified Food & Health product range.- Vendor management, including budget tracking, invoice coordination, and deadlines for content submissionsQualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, sales marketing or general marketing- Hootsuite Certification- Experience with Asana- Fluent English- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications related field- Exceptional organizational skills and experience curating a steady volume of content/assets for ease of re-use and reference- Polished, professional writing skills with ability to learn and refine the company voice- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills a must; ability to gain project buy-in, support, and contribution from a wide range of employees- Desire to learn and grow as both company and role grows and evolves- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge a plus but not required- Social Media Management- Market intelligencePersonal Skills:- Proactive- Teamwork- Effective communicationLI-AR1Benefits
