Product Planner & Controller

1. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. 2. Assign workers and other staff to particular operations. 3. Schedule shift according tp production needs. 4. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget. 5. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption. 6. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc. 7. Prepare and submit status and performance reports. 8. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other departments. 9. Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives. 10. Resolving escalated issues arising from operation and requiring coordination from other departments. 11. Build positive and safe working environment for product design teams. Required Skills: - At least 5 years relevant experiences preferably in the wheel or same industry. - Can communicate in Mandarin for knowledge sharing. - In depth understanding of wheel quality control procedures and relevant legal standards - ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 QMS KnowledgeINTRODUCTION TO YHI GROUP Established in 1948, YHI was listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 3rd July 2003.
