Product Planning Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities for new products or product improvements.- Product Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through launch and eventually to product retirement or replacement.- Product Development Strategy: Ensuring product development strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's overall goals.- Product Pricing: Determining pricing strategy for new products based on cost analysis, market demand, and competitive factors.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between various departments to achieve successful product launches**Job Requirements**:- 5-10 years of significant experience in product management and planning is essential.- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Administration/ Business/ Marketing/ Engineering- Strong leadership, communication, presentation and team management skills.- Possess good understanding of market trends, data analysis, customer needs, and competitive landscapes- 5 days week job.
