Product Trainer (Based In Ipoh)

**What is this job about?****Product Training**- Assist in developing sales team's selling technique and product knowledge- Teaching presentation and persuasion techniques to new sales and marketing hires- Design and conduct: 1) onboarding training session for new sales and marketing hires and- 2) periodic training sessions for existing sales and marketing teams- Organize role-playing activities to simulate sales scenarios- Regularly maintain, update and improve product training materials- Act as a contact point for sales and marketing teams for product knowledge-related issues**Regulatory Affairs**- Maintain and update regulatory documents' records- Stay updated on current product regulatory guidelines and assist in ensuring all sales and marketing communication are in compliance with current guidelines- Submit product registration or notification to relevant regulatory authorities (for new products or renewal of existing products)- Attend and respond to queries from regulatory authorities as and when the need arises**Who are we looking for?**- Minimum Academic Requirement: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in a Science-related field of study- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills (i.e. ability to convey information to different types of audience)- Familiar with conducting presentations- Ability to learn new product knowledge, in particular, cosmetic and skin care products- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia- Speaking proficiency in Chinese Mandarin or dialect is an advantage- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, or equivalent)- Creativity in curating engaging training sessions- Work experience as a product trainer or prior sales experience in consumer products or similar industry will be an advantage- Able to start work immediately is an advantage**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion
