Product Trainer

As a Product Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our sales team and partners possess the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively promote and sell our skincare products. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that educate our sales personnel on product features, benefits, ingredients, and usage guidelines.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos, that effectively communicate product information, key selling points, and skincare benefits.- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for sales staff and saloon partners, both in-person and virtually.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to stay updated on new product launches, formulations, and marketing strategies.- Provide ongoing support to sales teams by answering product-related questions, addressing concerns, and sharing best practices.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions, and make necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and skincare science to maintain a high level of expertise and credibility.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- skin care: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
