Production Assistant Executive

RESPONSIBILITY:1. To assist monitor and control production quality standards and keep proper records.2. To assist all planned production activities are carried out smoothly.3. To assist monitor & educate subordinates in order for them to carry out their duty correctly.4. To assist monitor & ensure products are of good quality & minimize rejection.5. To assist ensure operators achieve target given & to maximize productivity.6. To assist train and upgrade worker's knowledge in their performance to achieves efficient level.7. To assist overall responsible in monitoring and controlling daily production activities.8. To assist ensure GMP, ISO22000 systems are maintained effectively.9. To assist responsibility for daily operations and output.10. To assist plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the production schedules, productivity.11. To assist ensure the worker use safety equipment during operation.12. To in-changed on in-process quality control of production and packing process.13. To follow up the QC sample collection of all stage of processing.14. To monitor temperature & relative humidity of production area.**REQUIREMENTS**:1. Diploma / Degree in Pharmacy / Bio-Tech / Chemistry / Nutrition and other Food-Tech2. Minimum 1 year's experience in related fields3. Must be able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin4. Able to work independently and good leadership skill5.
