Production Assistant

Assist the production manager to implement production goals and daily management.- Develop weekly schedules and daily reports based on production goals and progress, and evaluate completion.- Understand and solve the abnormal situation in the production process in time and report to the factory manager at the same time.- Organize the statistics of various data (daily output, material consumption, etc.) in the production process, and conduct reasonable collection, sorting and analysis to provide a basis for production decisions.- Solve the problem of material supply and purchase inventory materials in a timely manner.- Responsible for employee attendance.- In daily production, implement the instructions issued by the manager, make reasonable allocations, and supervise the implementation of the plan.- Stabilize the work mood of the employees, and improve the production enthusiasm of the employees.**Job Requirements**:- Diploma/STPM/SPM (Fresh Grad are welcome to apply)- Proficient in spoken and written English, Malay & Mandarin language- Computer & IT literate with adequate Microsoft Office software skills- Good record-keeping and organizational skills**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
