Production Assistant

**Job Role**: _Production assistants provide support to the production team by assisting with tasks such as assembling, packaging, and quality control. They ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently, following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team are important qualities for this role._**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Support daily production by distributing schedules, coordinating between departments, reviewing staffing, and ensuring material availability.- Ensure production efficiency by reviewing orders, reallocating resources, and adjusting schedules to address various issues.- Manage shipping, distribution, assembly, and repairs to boost production.- Conduct quality checks at the end of each production cycle by inspecting documents, products, materials, and work processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with specifications and safety standards.- Collect and document production data to generate reports on rates, inventory, materials, quality control, and customer information.- Maintain production area daily as per safety standards.- Communicate with stakeholders to coordinate production, shipping, and resolve issues promptly.**REQUIREMENTS**- _**Diploma/Certificate**_ _**with 2 years and above production assistance experience**_.- Experience working in **Manufacturing Foundry / Ferrous Casting** will be an added advantage.- Strict adherence to _**deadlines and ability to work independently.**_- Strong _**leadership skills and result-oriented.**_- Strict adherence to _**deadlines and ability to work independently.**_- Good communication and _**problem-solving skills.**_- Independent _**self-starter, able to interact with all levels of personnel.**_**OTHER CRITERIA**- Gender: _**Male**_- Age: _**28 years and above**_- Schedule: _**(Mon-Sat (or on-call)**_- Must be willing to work in _**(Pusing,Perak Only)**_**Salary**: From RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday- On callSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Working: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (required)Expected Start Date: 05/27/2024
