Responsible to operate machinery and to ensure production run as per standard operation procedures.- Find sheetboard, prepare colour in machine.- Set up printing job according to work order & master card.- Support manufacturing, process monitoring and troubleshooting machines.- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the order- Liaise with Printer QC to check the first printing before proceed with batch run.- Controls, organises and monitors the flow of printed materials in a printing machine.- Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.- Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications, colors, color sequences.- Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary.- Checking the accuracy and viability of the product specification- Complying with health and safety standards and workplace- Cleaning equipment, machinery and surrounding floor area at the end of each working day.- Actively participate in 5s and audit processes- Main duty is organizing the racking system for easy loading.- Arrange finish goods in racking.- Prepare good for loading according to schedule.- Prepare urgent delivery goods.- Clear expired goods and send for scrap process.- Check & ensure all good has proper label.- Load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas.- Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility.- Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions- Checking loads are secure- Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck's battery and lubricating equipment- Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards.- Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.- Maintain 5S at racking area.BP MPAK Sdn.
