Production Assistant Supervisor

Arrange and transfer manpower for work assignment. Motivate productivity and good operator attitude. Highlight to sales if there is any problem for production to meet delivery. Highlight to purchasing if there is any material shortage for urgent part. Work closely with QA department on quality issues. Report and analysis the productivity, quality and rejects.Our present performance is setting a good foresight into the future.
