Production Clerk

Perform general administration and clerical duties for Production Dept Organising and storing physical and digital documents ; To prepare daily production report Responsible to the receipt of all incoming materials and outgoing goods. To record all incoming and compile all incoming document accordingly for easy reference. To record all outgoing stock accordingly in order to obtain accurate stock level from time to time. To monitor stock level and inform Factory Manager on the status of stocks. To maintain a proper and accurate record for the control of spare parts issue to production floor. To prepare and compile monthly stock summary for accounts department timely. To identify a designated area for the respective raw materials, work in progress and finished goodsHT is a mass manufacturer specializing in pipe perforation, aluminium anodizing, metal stamping, tooling design and fabrication.
