Production Clerk

Job Descriptiona) Update daily planning schedules from each department in the production line.b) Arrange and coordinate order (export and local) with production according to customer requirements.c) Ensure that all required information is recorded in the production order form besides generating orders online.d) Controlled planning department related documente) Prepare and submit weekly planning progress reports.f) Develop and implement quality control and assurance program and strategies.c) Liaise with production personnel and other staffs on routine quality issues to solve problems, seek remedial and corrective action.g) Carry out vendor quality assurance program to enhance vendor performance.h) Track, follow-up and manage customer complaints and discuss counter measures recommended by Engineering and Production Department.i) Generate quality report and use statistical techniques to track trend and patterns of product quality.j) Carry out quality system auditsThong Guan Industries Berhad is one of Asia Pacific's largest plastic packaging companies with over 30 years of experience and distinguished track records.
