Production Clerk

RESPONSIBILITY:- 1. Document Entry- Update line leader job sheet- Update operator over time- Update production daily operating record- Inform Manager of any abnormal data- Prepare summary daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report- Update maintenance record. E.g. machine breakdown period, record of servicing- Update/control incoming materials and outgoing finished goods.- Handle any matters related to operators welfare (uniform, shoe, medical, leave etc.)- Verify daily attendance/ leave record/ overtime hours.2. Production purchase request- Issue purchase requisition to purchaser on production necessity3. Document filling- Arrange document filling- Upkeep document file- Update document file status4.
