1 POSITION : PRODUCTION CLERK1.2 REPORTS TO : PRODUCTION ASST MANAGER ; PRODUCTION MANAGER1.3 RESPONSIBILITY:- 1. Document Entry- Update line leader job sheet- Update operator over time- Update production daily operating record- Inform HOD for any abnormal data- Prepare summary daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report- Update tooling/insert daily usage- Update tooling/insert Master list with latest pricing- Update maintenance record. E.g. machine breakdown period, record of servicing- Update/control production drawing2. Production purchase request- Issue purchase requisition to purchaser on production necessity3. Document filling- Arrange document filling- Control/filling production drawing- Upkeep document file- Update document file status4. Assist implementation of ISO 9001 and Production office cleanliness5.
