Production Clerk

1- Responsible for maintaining Prod office filing and recordkeeping systems.2- Maintains databases, records, confidential files and other related information for department needs.3- Create and update Production department records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.4- To monitor subordinate work in term of quality & on-time.5- To prepare meeting minutes as & when necessary.6- To perform routine maintenance documentation job for production machines and company facility.7 - Stock level control for Machine and maintenance equipment.8- Monitor product travelling status, daily production arrangement vs product schedule planned.9- To Plan, prepare & control production planning & schedule.Platinum Phase Sdn Bhd is a privately owned Malaysian company has a creative and ambitious management team, with more than 10 years' experience in the coating industry.
