Production Coordinator

Job description:- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures in manufacturing.- Manages the scheduling and timeliness of the production process to ensure the company meets all deadlines.- Managing material and equipment availability, scheduling production and monitoring the production process for problems.- Involves all of the internally focused decisions, steps, and tasks necessary to develop a successful product.- Develop plans to carry out business or community projects.- Supervising the implementation of a project strategy, planners often have a solid combination of business leadership skills, analytical skills and communication skills.- Ensure that materials and equipment are available when needed and that everything runs smoothly.- Hosting material status meetings, coordinating and scheduling manufacturing work, and providing weekly status updates to address any unresolved issues affecting customer orders.Job requirements:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, or related field is preferred.- Proven experience working as a production planner.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Effective communication skills.Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
