Production Director - Chemical / Petrochemical

This is a bio-fuel company, thus we are looking to recuir talent from similar industry such as chemical, petrochemical.Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage facility operations, logistics, product testing and shipment scheduling, and develop process control and measures; 2. Develop production planning based on feedstock supply, products sales, external terminal and logistics requirement to meet customers' loading plan 3. Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for production operations and to monitor, control and implement operating system to achieve overall target 4. Build, train, plan and optimize production team and resources to ensure smooth operation 5. Implement "6S" management on the production site 6.
