Shortlisted candidates will be notified. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To monitor overall production activities in plant. To assist production manager to perform all production activities in plant. Records and data keeping Coordinate with Production Planning Department on production schedule to make sure all product meet the shipment schedule. Lead in plant trouble shooting. Optimize plant operation, eg. Process parameter. Implement ISO 9001 & HACCP and make sure all paper work in order. Overall control of utilization of manpower. Initiate upgrading and maintenance of plant to improve plant performance and make sure plant in smooth running. To maintain plant cleanliness and housekeeping. Prepare all the monthly performance report for management review. Prepare for call back during plant commissioning and breakdown. Analyze the training needs and work out the training program. Optimize plant operation in order to meet plant target and KPI. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Engineering. Experienced and have knowledge in refinery. Able to communicate, read and write in Malay & English. Able to use and control the computer. Junior Executive position
