Production Engineer

Responsibilities:  Management Assist Production manager design and update Engineering team workflow/standard operation procedure from time to time.   Reporting Prepare regular production reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement. Maintaining detailed records of production data, analysis, and improvement efforts. This documentation serves as a historical reference and supports decision-making.   Development and improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost-saving measures, and quality enhancements. Investigating production issues and discrepancies by conducting root cause analysis.   Operation Responsible for managing the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accurate and up-tp-date documentation and receival of item required for production processes. Allocating manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to meet production targets and minimize downtime. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet established standard, engineering specifications and quality control measures. Addressing and resolving production issues as they arise, including technical problems and bottlenecks in the production line. Coordinating equipment maintenance schedules to ensure that machinery and tools are in good working condition and minimizing unplanned downtime. Participate actively in ISO and customer audits ensuring that production operations comply with safety regulations, environmental regulations and sustainability goals, implementing safety measures to protect employees and the workplace. Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.   Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Industrial Engineering) Proven experience in production or operations management Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using production management software and tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry advancements.
