Production Engineer (Krubong, Melaka)

Job Description 1. Carry out mechanical assembly of machines / system according to drawings / specs 2. Carry out electrical assembly of control panel according to wiring diagram 3. Analyze and troubleshoot machine operation/sequence error 4. Propose new assembly method / control sequence idea to improve machine capabilities/ efficiency 5. Carry parts / assembly modification 6. Participate in machine tuning / improvement action plans according to projects' needs 7. Provide site support for machine commissioning and installation 8. Report / provide comment / feedback issues and solutions to team members 9. Perform any other ad-hoc assignments and other duties assigned by HOD/PIC/Line Manager Requirements 1. Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical background 2. Have 3 years of relevant experience in factory automation 3. Have experience in troubleshooting machine failure 4. Analytical and problem solving skills 5. Wiring and mechanical assembly 6. Team player 7. Self motivated 8. Quick learner 9. Able to receive instruction and complete work within given time 10. Able to travel / outstation based on project's requirements
