-Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing production
-To manage production supervisors, line technician and all production workers
-To monitor workers discipline and performance in workplace
-Ensure all factory consumable are available at all time and reduce downtime
-To prepare the relevant report
-Responsible for aspect in relation of safety of personal and 5S
