What you need to Suceed?
At least 2 year(s) at executive level covering full spectrum of foods manufacturing in the field of production operations
Experience in Handling / Managing Production Teams.
Experience in people and project management.
High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to influence and negotiate at multiple organizational levels
Ability to manage conflicts.
Ability to effectively train external and internal users of new processes.
Ability to problem solves using data.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Familiar with HACCP / GMP requirements.
You'll be Responsible for:
Responsible to manage production operation and production team for process section
Work with Production Planner for effective production planning
Manage timely and ensure production schedule is followed
Responsible to oversee the batching activities
Ensure the in-line product is complied with product specification
Lead, motivate and direct subordinates to achieve production targets
Achieve line efficiency and productivity by process monitoring and monitoring performance and KPI for production line
Ensure product quality and safety by implementing GMP and HACCP system
Review, analysis and manage all processing records
Monitor and manage the yield loss
Update and prepare monthly production reports
To grab this opportunity, you Have To:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, in Food Science / Food Technology / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Mandarin speaker as added advantage to work closely with China counterpart
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Food Manufacturer Experience is a must, preferably in Oleochemical / Food Refinery industry.
Preferably Junior/ Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
