Production Executive

_**We're looking for 2 Production Executives to work based in Hovid Chemor, Perak.**_The Production Executive is responsible for the overall production activities in accordance with their quality specifications and strict adherence to GMP rules within the required time and established production costs.**Responsibilities**:- Assist manager in supervising, managing and executing production operations.- Ensure manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), organization objectives and policies.- Monitor and control critical processing steps and product quality.- Perform troubleshooting and investigation on production lapses, incidents and problems on the production line to ensure continuity of operation.- Generate, develop and revise Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), report and checklist when necessary.- To carry out validation of processes and qualification of equipment.- Achieves optimum employee levels with appropriate amount of overhead and material costs to meet annual budgetary plan.- Formulates and recommends manufacturing plan and programs that guide the production in maintaining and improving its productivity and efficiency.- Hires, trains, develops and evaluates staff. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.
