Production Executive

Familiar production process, conduct studies to determine and develop the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods for troubleshoot & resolve problem arising from operations, maximize utilization of production equipment / machines and manpower, reduce weaknesses & complete cost analysis.- Designing, modifying and testing production methods and equipment & conferring with equipment / machine vendors.- Continuous improve production efficiency by reviewing, analysing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout.- Monitor and continuously improve daily quality efficiency performance at specific area in production and provide reporting.- Guaranteeing the uniformity of products by undergoing quality control, cost effectiveness, environmental & safety control into a process.- Work closely with operation team to establish, develop & review autonomous maintenance standard operating procedure (SOP) in production floor.- Manpower planning, job scheduling, product quality, GMP enforcement, yield productivity, cost management, cleaning & sanitation, maintenance, process control & improvement, follow up and monitoring job progress, 5S and safety, etc.- Collaborate with commercial, quality control, warehouse and other staff- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.**Job Requirements**- At least Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Process/Manufacturing) or Business Administration.- Minimum 3 years' working experience in food industry.- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill.- Self-motivated, highly committed and enthusiastic.- Ability to write and communicate in Mandarin is preferred- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin- Good verbal & written communication skills- MUST be willing to work in Batu Pahat, Johor.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- B & D (preferred)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)- Night Shift (preferred)
