Production Executive

Job Responsibilities: - Ensure production process in run according to Standard Operating Procedures and safe practices with mínimal downtime;- Organize workflows and formulating schedules to ensure smooth operations;- Supervise, monitor and coach subordinates - Liaise and co-ordinate with various departments and sections to achieve production targets and customer requirements;- Develop, recommend and implement measure to improve production method and cycle time, equipment performance, quality of products, efficiency of process & etc;- Check and analyze production data and reports for improvement;- Review the Quality Management System and participate in Safety committee and projects;- Carry out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: - Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Ceramic Technology, Chemistry, Chemical or Material Engineering or equivalent;- Experience in a production environment will be an advantage;- Organizational and leadership abilities;- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;- Problem solving-skills;- Self-motivated with result-driven approach;- Able to work independently and as a part of a team.Ceramica Indah Sdn Bhd (64767-T) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kim Hin Industry Berhad (18203-V), an established public listed company in Malaysia specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of glazed ceramic and porcelain tiles.Bachelor's or Equivalent
