Production Executive

**REQUIREMENT**:- **Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering**:- **Able to read & write in Bahasa Malaysia & English.**:- **Computer knowledge.**:- **Plastic injection knowledge.**:- **Knowledge in ISO 9001and ISO 14001 will be an advantage.****Job Scope**:- 1. Supervise and manage the production dapartment to achieve target goal set, output and yield at an acceptable quality level to mee company objective and customer's delivery.- 2. To supervise and manage production supervisors to achieve daily production schedule, promote production efficiency, improve quality of workmanship and review daily line production problem and provide the suitable solution.- 3. To plan and manage production department manpower requirement, training and maintain department discipline.- 4. To create and maintain a conducive working environment through staff motivation, counseling (if necessary), team work, good housekeeping and safe working environment.- 5. To control material scrap, over issue, indirect material usage and Overtime at production.- 6. To control production material inventory level both direct and indirect material as well as work in progress.- 7. To ensure proper housekeeping and safety at work area.- 8. To follow all company's rules & regulations related to Quality, Evironmental, Safety & Health requirement such as Iso 9001, ISO 14001 and EICC requirements- 9. Ensure the implementation of QMS for ISO 9001 and EMS for ISO 14001 is done according to company standard requirement and maintained in compliance to the company's standard operation procedure.- 10. Authorize to stop production line when quality issue occurred as and when required. 11.
