Production Executive

Oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations.- To close monitoring on plant operation to ensure in line with production target.- Coordinate with relevant department on scrap control and production cost control.- monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs & set the quality standards.- establish training program for all workers for skill up.- select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance.- ensure the health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.- ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.- supervise and motivate a team of workers.- Perform any task or job assigned by the superior.**Job Requirements**:- At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing lines is required for this positions.- Required skills: MS Excel, MD Office- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 knowledge.- Possess analysis tools, Leadership skill, Problem solving, communication skills, team player and fast learner.- Lean manufacturing knowledge is add advantage.MANUFACTURINGBachelor's or Equivalent
