Production Executive

Male or female age below 45 years old.- **Minimum 2 years or supervisory/ managerial experience in manufacturing environment (production manufacturing will be an advantage)**:- Diploma/ Degree (Process engineering, mechanical or related.- Able to read and write Malay, English (3rd language will be an advantage),- Strong leadership skills, organizational and planning abilities, problem solving skills are essential**Required skill**:- MS Excel, MS Office, Powerpoint.- Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Applicants must be willing to work in **NILA**I and MUST have own transport.- Full time position available**Responsibilities**:- To assist the Manager to oversee the daily planning and execution of orders received from customers.- To assist Manager to carry out routine check in the on- processes, procedures and system of the production department to ensure product quality.- To assist Manager to oversee the overall performance and maintenance of the factory tools and machinery.- To monitor and responsible of the daily handling of scrap/ recycle processes.- To monitor the daily scrap control of the production department.- To ensure good maintenance of house keeping work of the machinery and the cleanliness of the factory premises.- To monitor on Environmental, Health, Safety and overall housekeeping.- To foster good teamwork and co-operation to meet food safety and quality objectives.- To liaise with planning, maintenance and quality department for production purposes.- To carry out other duties and responsibilities that the Manager may assign you to do.- Assist in establishing, implementing, maintaining and updating safety and quality management system.- Report matters concerning product safety and quality to team leader and top management.- Responsible for production activities and production control.- Responsible for plant, processes and product security.- Responsible for emergency cases and handling of incidents.- Ensure proper storage of scheduled waste.- Assist on training for operators on product quality, and health & safety.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- Expected salary?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- production management: 1 year (preferred)Application Deadline: 04/01/2022
