Production Executive

1) Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budget.2) Analyze production needs, identify areas of improvement, and recommend solutions.3) Plan personnel activity, assign tasks and adjust workflow and schedules accordingly.4) Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company regulations.5) Supervise a team of production personnel to meet production targets.6) Ensure that production activities comply with the quality standards set by the organization.7) Ensure proper utilization of resources to maximize productivity.8) Maintain accurate records and documents related to production.9) Participate in regular meetings with the management team to review progress and identify areas for improvement.10) Ensure production processes across all departments and facilities are running smoothly.11) Monitor the production process to identify areas of improvement and take action to address any issues.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
