If you are seeking a career that is challenging and rewarding, a work environment that is diverse and dynamic, look no further — Haemonetics is your employer of choice.Job DetailsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:- Ensure work area is free of hazards and that staff are trained and follow safe working practices.- Report all unsafe act and unsafe conditions at workplace and take corrective actions.- Responsible to maintain work area clean and tidy as per 5S requirement.- Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation.- Analyze and prepare documents needed for production.- Creates production schedule and prioritized job-orders for production optimization.- Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required.- Follow up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet.- Production schedule and customer/ planning expectation.- Interact with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and Accounting.- Responsible to follow procedures and comply with FDA CFR 21, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDD93/42/EEC, CMDR & JPAL during task execution, implement changes to manufacturing upon ECO approval.Requirement:- At least 2 year(s) of working in a manufacturing environment.- Experience with production planning and control methodologies.- EEO Policy Statement
