Job Responsibility1. Assist manager in supervising, managing and executing production operations and ensure production target is achieved.2. Coordinate with planner & business support department to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products3. Continue improve the workflow and procedures to improve the efficiency without compromising safety and quality.4. Evaluating and propose resources (machine/tools/human) need to ensure continued production and mínimal downtime5. Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes.6. To ensure all products, in process materials, production facilities and process are in accordance with codes of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements through proper monitoring procedures, effective training program and up to date documentations.7. Perform troubleshooting and investigation on production lapses, incidents and problems on the production line to ensure continuity of operation.8. Arrangement of manpower, ensure discipline and control of manpower to ensure smooth production process of products and consistent final output.9. Responsible for all aspects of product, development activities which include upgrading of product quality, formulation, process validation, machine qualifcation and troubleshooting.10. Perform investigation on reported in short output. Plan and initiate Quality improvement and ensure that all standard yield are maintained by production lines.11. Review and make recommendation for improvement in area of manufacturing processes, safety, environment, sanitation and hygiene.12. To conduct training and monitor competency on related SOP/WI and prepare training evaluation for production personnel.13. Provide leadership and motivate staffs to maximize productivity and production output with consistent quality and it is in compliance with GMP requirements.14. Responsible to develop the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/ Work instruction (WI) in according to the Company's required standard and expectation.15. Ensures continuous improvement of production activities through regular reviewing of SOPs' test procedures & specifications.16. To participate in audit/visit by auditor, supplier, customer and external service providers in production, CAPA closure, risk assessment and provide input for improvement.17. Monitor performance of products, operations and equipment against standard, promptly attend to changes and deviations.18. To provide input in investigations for any OOS, product failure or complaint related to equipment and process.19. To follow up with supporting departments for any issue that caused delay to production and to recommend necessary actions to prevent recurrence under CAPA.20. To assist superior in planned change control closure and ensure effective implementation.21. Part of the task force in Cleaning Validation22. To ensure adherence to company policies. To work as a team to achieve company objectives.23. Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.Job Requirement1. A professional Degree in Science/Pharmacy/Pharmacology/Pharmaceutical Engineering or equivalent with 1 - 3 years of experience in related field.2. A registered Pharmacist with Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (For production pharmacist). Preferably with working experience in relevant fields.3. Experience in a cGMP Pharmaceutical Production environment is a plus.4. Required skill(s): Communication skills (both verbal & written), Problem-solving skill with positive attitude5.
