Production Executive

**; Requirements**: - Job Requirements1) Responsible for overall operation in Production Department2) Monitoring and ensuring GMP, Halal and Food Safety guideline are always implemented by Production team3) Setting the quality standards and monitoring processing intermediate to ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with the requirement of GMP, Halal, FSSC, HACCP etc4) Ensure the efficiency of production with emphasis on productivity and cost effective5) Responsible for all facets of planning (weekly and monthly production planning), organizing, executing, and following up on product related activities.6) To calculate raw materials and packaging materials required based on each purchase order of product and create raw material usage summary report7) Ensure all the machinery/ utility system have undergo preventive maintenance8) Ensure all Sales Checklist is properly filed based on each production batch9) Ensure all documents provided by supplier and customer is properly filed10) Undertake any other tasks directed by superior from time to time**Requirements**:- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Flexible, positive attitude and adaptable to changes- Able to work with minimum supervise and good communication skills- A responsible team player / leader- Good command in English preferred
