Production Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the smooth running of production lines including production output, product quality and on time delivery- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay- Coordinate and monitor the progress of production, ensuring that it stays on schedule and within budget- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand- Manage, obtain and record both the usage of raw materials and output information (finished products, wastage) on a daily basis- Ensure all the raw materials and finished products meets quality and safety standards- Manage and motivate the workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements- Must always be on the lookout for problems hampering effectiveness and trigger corrective actions- Expected to develop new as well as cost effective ways to improve quality and productivity- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time**Requirements**:- Possess at least 1 year of working experience in GMP & HACCP environment.
