Production Executive

**Job Scope**To ensure that the assigned area of production lines produce the right quality standard and productivity as per company's objective in term of cost and profit.**Responsibilities**- As Team Lead for production department.- Ensure that each sewing line has the necessary staff to train and motivate all sewers to perform well by achieving the company's target.- Coordinate with PPCD with regard to style combination input to the lines so as to ensure and effectiveness of the sewing lines will be established and progressive growth is being made periodically.- Improves and maintains the cleanliness and tidiness of the lines to the highest level so that a healthy and safe working environment is created through a safe working method.- Monitor the daily work logs of all assigned subordinates to maximize the productivity in reaching the target set.- To develop sewing supervisors able to handle their tasks independently.- Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.**Requirement**- Possess at least Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Management/Manufacturing or other related fields.- At least 3-5 years of working experience in garment or related industry.- Pleasant personality, team player.- Willing to work extra hours when required.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,400.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Taiping: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Are you willing to work at Taiping?- Where are you currently staying?- Do you have any knowledge in sewing?- How many years of experience do you have in têxtile industry?- What is your expected salary?
