Production Executive/ Junior Executive

**Job Scope**:- In depth understanding in the interaction of various chemical compound contained in a colloidal system.- Carry out R&D work if necessary.- Able to innovate chemical formulation for new product development.- Knowledge in formulating advance chemical compositions and design experiment systematically to complete the assigned project timely.- Able to resolve experimental and technical issues that arise during the experimental stage.- Responsible for right preparation of chemical dispersion, latex compounding and production on-line solution.- Coordinate to perform daily check on the line parameters mixing, compounding and sample lab dipping to minimize the wastages and mistakes in Compounding process and work- Carry out testing and recommendation for process improvement to Superior for further improve quality with efficient low cost.- Inspect the incoming latex upon arrival, before unloading.- Conduct test for the waste water treatment.- Conduct research and develop for the new requirement from customer.- Liaise with Production HOD on any quality problem. Perform investigation on the root cause in the case of trouble occurred on production and take a preventive counter measure on it.- Any other duties as and when assigned by Management from time to time.**Requirement**:- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering / Polymer Engineering / Science Related or equivalent from retable universities.- Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
