Production

To provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, resources, and facilities- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules- To check production output according to the specifications- To identify issues, report, and suggest improvements to superior- To train new employees on how to safely use of machinery and follow procedures- Deal with human resource department about worker performance- Other duties assigned by superior from time to time**Requirement**- At least 4 year(s) working experience in the related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment, including experience in a supervisory role preferred- Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia- Responsible, good leadership and good interpersonal skills- Proactive self-starter, highly motivated and is adaptable to change- Must be diligent & sensitive to figures and able to supervise workers to achieve target- Analytical and excellent problem-solving techniques- Have strong planning, superb leadership, and motivational skills- Able to work on shift, weekend, and public holidays**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/04/2024
