Production Leader / Production Executive

**Job Overview**:To assist the Manager in safety management, quality assurance and ensure a smooth flow of production and output. This position is also responsible in engaging with the employees morale and wellbeing**Safety**1. Ensure work place is in a safe condition. (No water, no oil, no broken plug, no exposed wire)2. Ensure PPEs are worn at all time, and the whole team follows.**Quality**1. Follow GMP when in Production / Processing area. Ensure operators follow.2. Ensure raw materials are weighed, the **weight** and **batch code** are recorded.3. Ensure **batch code and expiry date printed clearly and correctly** on the product.4. Ensure **no leaking**, **no product damage**.5. Clean and also supervise cleaning in overall line.6. After cleaning, ensure;a. **No food deposit** on the machine, conveyor and floor.b. **No oil stains** on the machine, conveyor and floor.c. **All containers, tables or trays have been washed**.d. Floor is dry.**Output**1. Ensure finished good is packed into bags and basket correctly.2. Ensure every basket is weighed, and the amount is recorded, accurately.3. Ensure product is enough, before stop production.4. Don't overproduce.5. Ensure all machines are in working condition. Highlight to maintenance or superior.**Moral**1. Ensure operator is aware of the operation hour, and if need overtime must inform the operators.2. Inform supervisor on operator's absenteeism. With or without must still run lines to complete the plan.**Job Requirement**:- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the food industry or bakery line.- Good communication skills and personality.- Able to work as a team and dynamic team players.- Fast learner and willing to learn.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift
