**Job Description: -**- Plan, Direct, and coordinate production activities in the Central kitchen and ensure that the production process is in accordance with the standards set by the company- Supervise and evaluate the implementation process of cooking methods and SOP Related to the production process in central kitchen- Develop and evaluate operational procedures in central kitchen, such as procedures for receiving and sending raw materials and handling waste materials so as to maintain production quality- Ensure that each production batch has the same taste and quality and is in accordance with the standards set by the company- Checking the quality of food and raw materials before being distributed to all outlets- Analyze production data and productivity- Conduct studies to discover ways to improve the efficiency of production processes- Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations- Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets- Conduct forecast to identify potential risks and contingencies in a proposed project- Prepare periodic reports to update upper management on food production activities- Create work shifts to ensure round-the-clock food production operations- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products- Ensure products and raw materials are stored properly at optimum conditions- Carry out surveys to identify customer requirements and adjust to meet such needs- Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to- Attend seminars, conferences, and educational programs to update job knowledge.- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements- Estimate costs and prepare budgets- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines- Monitor production to resolve issues- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.- Ensure output meets quality standards- Enforce health and safety precautions- Report to upper management**Job Requirement: -**- BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred- Have a Minimum of 3 Years experience as a production manager- in a company engaged in the food & Beverage Sector- Understand the work pattern of Central Kitchen- Understand the principles of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management system (FMS) And 5R- Deep knowledge of production management- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts- Experience in reporting on key production metrics- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Budget Control: 1 year (preferred)- F&B Management: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- Food Handling (preferred)
