Production Manager

1. To be in-charge in shrimp culture activities within his area of responsibility, by effectively utilising all manpower and other resources. 2. To analyse the shrimp culture data within his area prior to submission to his superior and before giving further instructions to his subordinates. 3. To supervise the shrimp culture activities as to ensure the activities are within the specifications provided under SOP for Grow Out and to ensure total targeted tonnage is reachable. 4. To do production planning and budgeting for each shrimp culture cycle. 5. To prepare monthly and yearly production schedule based on policy information from Farm Manager. 6. To plan for manpower allocation for the modules, based on workload. 7. To plan for the feed requirements and other pond inputs to be used for each shrimp culture period. 8. To prepare standard practices for non-routine activities of his subordinates. 9. To propose corrective actions in order to accomplish SOP Aquaculture based on evaluation of actual Grow Out events. 10. To propose appreciation or disciplinary action for workers under his supervision. 11.
