Production Manager

We would like to invite young Malaysian to fill the vacancy as a Production Manager for our plant in Balakong, Selangor.
Oversee the production process , coordinating all production activities and operations.
Ensure the well-organization of the production and factory and that adequate efficiency waste disposal, quality and regulatory compliance.(Be Government or Health & Safety Standards).
Monitor day to day production?achievement(Production Plan) and adjusting schedule as needed.
Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly production report and analysis for management review.
Lead, coach and motivate subordinate in their skills/knowledge development to contribute effectively toward the achievement company goals and objective which review and approve all job order issued by Operation Manager.
To liase with Operation Manager to obtain materials and/or equipment needed.
To liase with HR Department,Marketing Department,Finance Department,QA Department and Warehouse Department to ensure schedule are met.
Undertake other special assignment ad-hoc job/project as and when required from time to time.
Working with Operation Manager to implement the company?s policies and goals.
??Food processing experience, preferably dairy?and minimum?3 years experience
??Level of physical fitness, a good attitude?and resilience; ability to lift 25 kg
??Effective Communication with team, peers, management and any other relevant parties
??Possess the ability to work productively, under tight timescales and pressure
??Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.
Candidate must possess at least?Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level?in any field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Required Skill(s):?Manufacturing in food industry
Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Candidate will act as a Management for this job position.
