JOB HIGHLIGHT- Special bonus / increments for exceptional performers- Training & Development- Overview overall manufacturing process include of M&E scopes- Daily briefing with all the related personnel and department for production scheduling.- Lead, managed and coordinated all production activity to consistency achieve operations goals in term of delivery, cycle time, yield and cost- Planned, strategized and monitored products movement to achieve maximum throughput, minimum idle time and maintain line linearity.- Drove all support groups to simplify and eliminate non value-added procedures or work flow.- Plan and full utilization of production head counts for production and others indirect production related works like housekeeping, secondary processes, offline processes, and etc.- Studied, analyzed, identified, highlighted and follow through potential operations problems with respective support groups to ensure continues high focus on areas and variance requiring immediate on-going attention.- Enforce and ensure strict compliance of production procedures and safety requirements.- Resolved and handle line-related issues, understood all equipment capacities on constraints so as to identify and prevent potential bottleneck situations.- Identified, initiated and participated in continues improvement plan, cost reduction, yield and productivity improvement projects with support groups to optimize manufacturing operation.- Attend internal and external audit in sustaining GMP, JKKP, ISO, BOMBA & other Quality-Related Compliance.- Coached, trained and guided subordinates whenever needed.- Ensure and uphold safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel and take action on violations- Ensure the workforce is well trained, well equip and optimize allocation of manpower for optimum productivity and balancing the production.- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations.- Create awareness and ensure that all subordinates appropriately carry out their daily activities without signification impact to the environment.- Responsible for optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.**JOB REQUIREMENT**:- Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration and related field;- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field;- Possess strong leadership and capability to plan, organize, implement, lead and supervise day to day production activities;- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, aggressive, result oriented with the ability to work under pressure.;- A self starter, hands-on person and willing to multi task and to take on additional responsibilities;- Positive attitude and self-motivated;UNION PROFIT COSMETIC MANUFACTURING SDN.
