**Responsibilities**:- Develop production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution of production plans.- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines and customer demands.- Collaborate with the demand forecasting team to ensure production capacity aligns with sales projections.- Analyze production processes for efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance productivity.- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, optimize resource utilization, and streamline operations.- Identify opportunities for automation and technology adoption to improve production efficiency and product quality.- Establish and maintain quality standards for products and processes, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company guidelines.- Implement robust quality control measures, including inspections and testing, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to customers.- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.- Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams, including supervisors, technicians, and line workers.- Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance reviews.- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning among production staff.- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.- Identify and address potential safety hazards, initiate safety training programs, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, ensure timely availability of raw materials, and prevent production disruptions.- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to material quality or delivery delays.- Generate regular production reports, detailing key performance indicators (KPIs), production output, and efficiency metrics.- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and operational inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging suggestions from production staff and implementing innovative ideas.- Lead or participate in cross-functional improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.**Requirement**:- Minimum 7 years of working experience for Production Manager position in manufacturing environment (Handle PCBA/SMT).- Strong leadership, supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishPay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal provided- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you have any experience in handling PCB/PCBA and SMT (E&E Industry) through out your working experience ?- How many operators/subordinate you handle before this ?**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
