Production Manager

Job Description:- Perform any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by Management.- Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing operation which ensure the most effective return of assets- Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing cost through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital- Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedule while ensuring product standards that will exceed our customers' expectations.- Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports the business goals- Monitor and manage production KPIs- Achieve the companies on time delivery target- Control all associated operational and manufacturing costs according to the prevailing annual budget forecast- Develop & implement improvements to current operations- Manage operational related change to meet current business requirements- Makes decision on all business activities related to human resource, machinery and order- To liaise with QA on production quality criteria, which include accept/reject limits, non-conformance verification and disposition- To liaise with production planner on production schedule, material consumption, quality status, machine status and product informationRequirement:- Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin.- 5 years of working experience in machinery manufacturing industry.**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
