SUMMARY DESCRIPTIONManage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department to meet production targets, efficiency, product quality and availability.- Prepare productions plans/schedule and motivate the teams to achieve production yields and quality targets through optimum utilization of manpower, equipment and materials.- Continuous monitoring to maximize production output, and minimise wastage of materials, time and resources.- Ensure all guidelines, SOPs, procedures and practices set by management are fully implemented and fully committed on plant safety proceduresDETAILED DESCRIPTIONa) To monitor all production activities for all the plants above.b) To monitor product quality within the specificationc) Records and data keeping for all referenced) To coordinate with Production Planning Department on production schedule to make sure all product meet the shipment schedule.e) To optimise plant operation in order to meet plant target and KPI f) To implement and write out work instruction whenever necessaryg) lmplement ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP, make sure all paper work in orderh) Trouble shooting in all the Plants above, either in plant equipment or product qualityi) Overall control of utilization of manpowerj) To initiate upgrading and maintenance of all the Plants above to improve plant performance and make sure plant in smooth runningk) To ensure safe operation of all the Plants.l) To maintain plant cleanliness and housekeepingm) To prepare all the monthly performance report for management reviewn) Routine check of plant and storage tank conditiono) Ensure GMP in place and in good orderp) Prepare for call back during plant commissioning and breakdownq) To train and develop plant personal with working and personal skill & to analyse the training needs and work out the training programr) To minimise wastage of energy and utilitiesSkills & Requirements:- 1. Minimum 5-7 years working experience in manufacturing industry in prefereable from palm oil /food industry with strong management skills.2. Strong knowledge in HACCP and Food Safety Standards.3. A logical and methodical approach with good analytical and practical skills4. Good interpersonal skills and an adaptable approach to management.5.
